My Apple Watch activity won’t show up on my iPhone 11 anymore. I checked my settings in health and privacy but the app opens on my phone but doesn’t show up on my phone

Can’t see my „Activity“ on IPhone I have IPhone 12 Pro Max and Apple Watches 4, they connected each other, but when I open app „Activity“ on IPhone it says me „Before turn it on on your Apple Watch“. Apple Watch Workouts not showing on Activity App My Apple Watch activities aren’t showing on the iPhone activity app. I just finished a hike, and it didn’t show on the activity app on my phone but does show on my watch. I went home and did a workout on Fitness+ and it again showed on my watch but not my phone. The calories are showing, the rings are closing, and I can see it in my health app, but not the activity app. iPhone 13 and the Apple Watch 8. Both up to date. Thanks!
