Can you turn off watch vibration when it unlocks?

This is feature drives me crazy. I know you can "manage the haptic feedback on the Apple Watch" as was the unhelpful answer a specialist provided another time, but the only option is to off all haptic alerts entirely. This is not a solution for this unnecessary feature that only increases unwanted and unimportant notifications. This in turn lessens my appreciation for when important notifications actually happen.

This feature is superfluous and doesn't need to happen. I don't need my watch buzzing me for yet another alert every time I happen to open my iPhone. This feature should not exist by default.
