Add to home screen

Where is the "Add to home screen" to make an icon on iPhone screen option in Safari? I cannot find it after loading iOS 15.2.1.

It is there in the Safari app. Go to the Website that you intend to add to the Home Screen. Tap on the Share Sheet icon at the bottom (middle) and choose Add to Home Screen: See image below:
