iCloud video transfer issue to iMovie

I have videos I’ve put into iMovie that will not finish downloading, nor show a progress clock. According to an earlier question, I reset my personal settings in “iCloud” ,”photos”, “download and keep originals”. This doesn’t seem to be helping. I have some videos that transferred fine and easily.

Large ProRes video will not import to Mac or upload to iCloud I shot 2 videos yesterday in Prores 24fps. One was a short minute or so, the other about a half hour. The short one transferred to my Mac, but the large video will not. It won't upload to iCloud either. I have plenty of room on Mac and iCloud. I've tried importing via Final Cut Pro, Photos, and Image Capture. It just errors out and doesn't complete. Thanks! Mac Mini Pro Ventura

upload video to icloud of digitalized film I digitized several films. They are 1.06GB and last around 15 minutes each. They play well on my iMac if I choose the VLC player. I imported them to the iPhotos cloud. When I try to play them from ICloud or iPhotos they play on the default Apple player and only play the first 30 seconds. The "Get Information" confirms the file is 1.06GB but only plays the beginning 30 seconds. When I import videos taken from any other source the entire video plays. The problem is only with these digitized videos. Any suggestions please?

Problem downloading videos from icloud to use in imovie I have been working on a movie in imovie on my ipad. I have been using videos I downloaded from icloud. Everything was going great until yesterday, one of the picture in picture video overlays no longer works. The first frame of the video shows in the bar and the rest of the video is darkened. The video no longer shows up on top of my slide. This video was saved on icloud. Now, I cannot download other videos from icloud to use in imovie. I also cannot access the help feature document anymore. It seems I am having an icloud issue. Please advise. Thank you!
