Apple Music/ iTunes Step by Step How to's

I am trying to learn how to use itunes/Apple Music but the symbols and such I am a little confused about since I am new to all this. Is there a place I can go to to get step by step instructions to learn from the beginning of how to use it properly.

I have an 2021 HP Laptop, and using Windows 10, Apple Music. I tried to correct it that I listed a Mac in which it is NOT.

I'm 'told' to save my music into the cloud not onto my computer, but I am trying to figure that all out. So this is what I want to learn it all from beginning. Not just that one piece of information.
