How do I change the tags for multiple files at a time or is there any software to convert the files into a folder that iTunes and Apple TV recognizes?
For example; I have 10 MP4 files of a TV Show season that ripped from DVD and how I know, to do individually change the tag for a file and reach the solution. But it takes too much time.

You should be able to select multiple files, get info, and set all common properties in one step.
You can then select the first item of the group, make the episode specific changes, and use the next/last arrows to step through the rest of the items.
