If you're trying to update it to 13 or above, you can't; an iPhone 6 Plus doesn't have enough RAM.

If you're trying to update it to 12.5.5 but get a message saying the iPhone is up to date, remove the beta profile and restart the unit.

If you're trying to update it to 12.5.5 but get an error message, post it here.
