How do i unlock the apple watch?
I bought an apple watch from someone, and it has a lock on it. How do I handle this situation? I tried texting the person, but they won't text back.

You are out of luck.
Activation Lock is a theft deterrent feature with no bypass or workaround.
Without the owner's authorisation (Apple ID & password), no thief or anyone including you can re-use the device.
You can recycle the device responsibly.
