Website not responsive in safari on some machines

My website works good on windows laptops but there is some devices in MacBook which is not working smoothly using safari browser.

Go step by step and test.
1. Update Safari, if an update is available. Update may come with bug fixes.

2. Quit Safari, launch Safari holding the Shift key down.
