I cannot sync my Jlab ear buds to my Apple iPhone 10 to the Apple Fitness App ONLY for the Walking with the celebrity podcast.  I can listen to music etc on the air buds (Spotify)   I can sync the other workouts from the Apple Watch Fitness to the air buds    

I had no problem syncing with my Ipad 

This is what happens when I try to do it on my watch

“Cancel”

“To play audio ; connect headphones to your Apple Watch 

Connect a device”

Then when I try to do that, it just keeps Searching and the little circle keeps spinning.  My Bluetooth is connected. The buds are listed as connected to the Bluetooth 

This is very frustrating. The biggest reason I got Apple Watch and prepaid for 1 year of Fitness app with the walking to include celebrity podcasts was why I got wireless headphones.

please help. The Jlab people can’t or won’t help me
