I bought my iphone from Amazon.ae in dubai. The iphone I got is Japan model. I dis not mind since apple has global warranty. Now Apple service centres are denying to repair the phone( under warranty) since the purchase country and phone model are different. Please help as I need to get my phone repaired.

The iPhone warranty has never been universal or global. It has always included a clause that service may be restricted to the country of original purchase (see warranty terms at -> Legal - Hardware Warranties - Apple).
It appears you purchased a used iPhone from an Amazon reseller (Amazon resllers are not Apple authorized sellers so have no access to Apple wholesale product distribution - they only sell previously purchased, I.e. used, devices). Since that phone was originally sold in Japan, warranty service for it may be restricted to Japan. Your only option would be to return to Japan with that iPhone and get it repaired there.
