Every time I awaken my mac mini M1 from a sleep cycle it has informed me the system has rebooted because of an issue.
It does not outline the issue and I do not know what is causing the problem after several troubleshooting attempts.
Question; what is the problem and how can I resolve it?

Check "Prevent your Mac from automatically sleeping when the display is off" and test.

Disable Sleep, it’s unnecessary on later Macs, all pain, no gain. To disable, set your Energy Saver settings to as shown:
Avoid manual sleep to, use screen lock instead or auto-lock on timer. For long or overnight absences, shut.
