when I copy any file to an external drive using my MBA, and then open this drive using a different system "windows or smart TV for example", I find a hidden copy of each file but starts with ._

Yes. What you're seeing are the resource forks of the file and the Windows machines don't understand them so they seem to be weird duplicates. Ignore.
