Smart instrument multitouch variations (2 or 3 finger) turns playback off and does not select alternate pattern.

Asking this question again, even after iOS updates it still is an issue:

Latest iOS/iPadOS : 15.3

Garageband : 2.3.12 (5189)

This happens with the latest versions (15.3) of iOS and iPadOS and GarageBand (2.3.12) on both an iPhone SE and an iPad Air 3rd Generation.

Anyone else have this problem or a solution? Have deleted and reinstalled GarageBand, but issue remains. Occurred after updating from 14 to 15.
