I been charge extra for my iPhone purchase using two credit cards

I recently made a purchase of an iphone 13 pro max and some 3rd generation airpods for a total value of 1500 dollars; The point is that I divided the value into 1100 dollars in one card and 400 in another, but I have been charged 1300 dollars in one and 400 in the other, exceeding the value of the purchase by 200 dollars. I do not know if apple generates an additional charge while the products arrive or if someone could send me a contact link to request a refund since I have not been able to achieve it

I would suggest you call Apple and give them your order number and ask the question.
