i started delivering for Door Dash, but have "lost connectivity" and had to wait until I could re-connect with them. Are there certain settings I should be using? could it have something to do with Airplane mode?

In making deliveries for Door Dash, I've "lost connectivity" and had to wait to get back on. Is this problem due to something in the way the settings are set up? could it have to do with airplane mode?
