Sidecar MBP 2020 and iPad Pro

I just got an iPad and learned about the sidecar function. I have tried a few times to connect the two but no luck.

At first I was getting a "device timed out" message, now I get a "wifi" error, see screenshots.

I have logged out of my Apple ID and logged back in, I am on the same wifi and iPad is plugged into MBP.

Please me :)
