Can't pick a wifi network after resetting to factory settings

I have an M1 device on Monterey OS that I've reset back to factory settings however upon restarting, I come to a screen where it's asking me to connect to a wifi network from the menu. There's no menu shown, there's no options along the top bar and the 'next' button is greyed out.

I can't connect it via a wire as there are no USB ports on these devices.

Has anyone else ran into this problem, how do I fix this?

MacBook Air (2020 or later)

I assume you performed the Erase All Settings And Content per: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT212749

Or did you wipe it another way? Do you know if Wi-Fi was enabled before you reset the Mac?

You are going to need a USB-C to Ethernet dongle. Amazon lists them for anywhere from $12 to $25.
