Purchase of iPad 9

Placed the order 8 Feb. Delivery is 17/31 March. How can I have the shipment speeded up to e.g 22/28 Feb?

11" m1 Ipad pro delivery time line. I ordered a 11 inch ipad pro 2021 on 5th june with an estimated delivery date ranging 15-22 june. The order is still on processing today that is 14th of june. Can any one with similar time line help me with understanding apple's delivery process. This is my first apple device ordered directly from apple.
