Channel Subscriptions Not Working

Tonight I tried to finish a show on Paramount+, but I keep getting a pop up that I need to subscribe. I subscribe through my Apple ID only Apple TV and not directly with Paramount. I checked my subscription and it’s current along with all my other subscribed channels. But any channel I try to watch is giving me this error. Everyone except for Apple. It’s pretty frustrating to pay for a channel and can’t watch unless I subscribe a second time. Anyone else having this issue? I’ve signed in and out, removed myself as a user, then signed back in. Restarted the Apple TV. I’m at a loss. They all worked earlier. And the apps all work for subscriptions I signed up for outside of apple. So it appears to be an apple issue.

On what device is this happening?

If you started a subscription outside the Apple TV app, then you’ll need to use the dedicated content provider app, not the Apple TV app Channel of the same name.

If you started a subscription inside the Apple TV app, then you’ll need to use the Apple TV app Channel, not the dedicated content provider app.

These types of subscriptions are not exchangeable. They have different terms and conditions, different perks and limitations.

Subscriptions on your Apple ID account as started in the Paramount+ app on Apple devices may not be recognized on non-Apple devices.

Channel subscriptions on your Apple ID account as started in the Apple TV app would be recognized on third party devices in the Apple TV app.
