New folder in Notes is missing same as different Folders
How I can get back the part of Notes where I can see folders and on bottom left "New Folder" button?
Now I have only notes and the container of those...

Hi Pan_carvel,
Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you are attempting to return to the Folders list view in Notes.
"If you're in the Notes list, tap the back arrow icon 
to see your Folders list."
