Cycle Through Windows? Mac

Hi I wanted to know how to cycle troguh windows (shortcut), both of the same app and from a different app on Mac. As I've read from this tread the famous shortcut "Cmd + ' " got replaced.

So any advice? I'm ok also to buy a third party app, thanks.

FWIW, "⌘`" and "⌘tab" work the same as always.

Like dialabrain said, it is Command-grave, and not Command-single quote; and it is working just as it always has.
