iPhone won't allow calls or mobile data because phone system won't allow update for 15.3.1 because Wi-Fi is not connected even though Wi-Fi is connected

What should do when can't make calls or use my mobile Data? I wake up one day and the phone shuts off my service when I just paid for it Prior. It keeps asking me to update to iOS 15.3.1 when I keep updating but it goes back to normal after done loading and says my Wi-Fi is not connected to device when it actually is. I've deleted update and re updated it over and over again, but still the same problem.

iPhone 7, iOS 15

Try the following:

1) Turn off Wifi, power off your iPhone, then power on and connect it to internet, then try to update (make sure that data is also on and any hotspot or VPN is off)

2) Make sure that you have enough storage for the update (about 7GB free): https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201656
