Hi
I keep several notes on my iphone. 3 or 4 times a day the notes go blank.
When I click on the 'Notes' icon the headings come up but when I click on the individual note it is totally blank. The only way I can find to recover the note is to restart my phone which is very annoying.
Can anyone help - Please !?

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! From our understanding, you have a few notes that the content will disappear randomly but it will return after restarting your iPhone, is that right?
We didn't see one tagged in your post, is this happening on the latest iOS (15.3.1)? You can confirm by going to Settings > General > About > Software version. If an update is needed you can follow this article to back up your data and update: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Mine has been doing the same thing for awhile. Have to restart phone for them to show up It’s running 15.3.1 and it still happens
