I am planning to buy 13 pro max HK version (physical dual sim) from Dubai.
I just wanted to know that HK version warrenty cover in UAE?.
Or need i sent it to Hong Kong for the warrenty if anything happened?

One more thing. You've already been told that the warranty is only valid in Hong Kong.
You also need to understand that if it needs service, you can not 'send it' to Hong Kong. You will need to get on a plane (or boat) and physically take it there. Apple will not accept an international shipment for service at all.

Understand that is also a gray version, since it is being sold outside of the area it is designed for. The warranty for that device started when it was sold at an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Reseller, so your warranty will not be a full year, only a portion thereof.
Service centers outside Hong Kong won't be obligated to honor the warranty and may not be able to replace the unit with one that's functionally-identical to the original.
