iPad is frozen on apple logo. I tried hard restart - didn’t work. Got “support.apple.com/iPad/restore “. Says to connect with computer but it’s never been connected to a computer. What do I do now?

iPad is frozen on apple logo. Forced restart didn’t work. Got iPad restore message to plug in to my computer. It’s never been plugged into a computer. So what do I do now?
