Hello. I purchased MS Word but it's still not active on my MAC.
I redownloud the app, resign in, restarted my laptop and did't work out.
I need help ASAP!

Hmmm, I'm afraid you might have to contact Microsoft on that,
In the interim, Look into the Free LibreOffice, it handles MS Office files like Word & Excel, & Page Layout…
Does it help to Right click on Word & choose Open?
What do you mean it's not 'active'?
Did you download the App Store version, or download it directly from Microsoft?
What version of Office did by buy? Do you have a Microsoft 365 Subscription?
I can open the app and some files, but I can't add or save because it says I don't have subscription! But in my account it says I do have it.
