i have macbook air model a1932 13

I have a brand new MacBook air model a1932 13"retina i5. turned on right out of the box it was very slow booting up then once signed into my Apple ID and did the set up the battery ever only showed 1% and would on.y stay on if plugged in. all functions are very slow is this a common problem with a brand new unused MacBook? are there any solutions to fix such problems?

MacBook Pro shuts down when starting up from battery I have a MacBook pro from 2009 (2,8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3, Crucial MX500 SSD, NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT 512 MB). Many times when starting up from battery the system shuts down prematurely unless the battery is fully charged. When the battery is not fully charged this happens even when the charger is plugged . But when the battery is fully charged it never happens. I have replaced the battery with a new one but this problem still exists. I have done SMC and NVRAM reset but it didn’t help. I see some other people reported the same issue but no one could figure out the issue. I did AHT test and it didn’t detect any hardware issues. Can somebody tell me why this is happening?

my MacBook Air has battery life but won't turn on I have a MacBook Air (2019) model, and when I first got ownership of it, it was fine..... now it's been 2 years and when I don't use it for a while and try to turn it on but can't even though it still has battery life on it. is there a cause as to why this is going on???

Are you aware that is a 2018 model? The issues you describe are not normal for a brand new MacBook Air but the age may explain the battery problem.
