Communication with Audi MMI

Using a new Audi Q5 PHEV since February 2021, I cannot connect with iPhone 11 Pro or iPhone 11 Pro max. Contact with Audi service as part of a routine service, I am told that there is a communication problem.

What is the problem and is there a plan to fix that?
