I am a professional Animator and just purchased a new 27" Mac to use for my work. I now find out that OS Monterey is not compatible with Toon Boom Harmony the main program I use for me job. Does anyone have an update on when Apple find a fix to this problem?

Probably never, as Apple does not work to make apps compatible with its OSes. It's entirely up to the developer of the App to make a version that is compatible with newer operating systems.
