I bought an Ipad 11 Pro summer last year. When I removed the silicon protection cover from my ipad by pressing with my right thumb on the upper right corner of the display and the edge of the cover the glass cracked. It's not that the cover was extremely tight. With just light pressure I could push in the glass. Now I have cracks all over my display. What a weak glass. Am I the only one here?

it sounds like your options are to buy a new device or to have it repaired.
I have been to the nearest apple shop. They just told me that they could open a case and declare it as an accident which it definitely wasn't. It's a production issue and nothing else. A classification as accident would directly lead into self payment. So after this customer unfairly treatment I have called the holine..... what a waste of time. No other result. Apple care seems to be the only tool of salvation. So my question still is, are there others with the same quality issue?
Is there someon else in this community to answer my question whether there are others with the same or similar issue? Thx
