Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 8
Ok so On my watch it does not have the Fitness so like when I go to work and see all the apps that I can use Fitness is not there and then I went to the App Store try to like download it or whatever and it says iPhone required so I’m not really sure how to make it appear on my watch so that I can use it
The activity app is on your watch by default.
Press the digital crown and tap on the icon with coloured rings.

What does this mean?.
The fitness app is an iphone app not a watch app.
On the watch you have the Activity app and the Workout app and they send your recorded fitness data to the Fitness app on the phone.
ok if I down load the activity app I can have the rings accessible on my watch?
I don’t have that on my watch that’s the problem
Try unpairing and re-pairing your watch to see if it appears.
It's a default app that cannot be deleted.
