Anyone experience privacy concerns in any recent version of Phoneview App? PS What is the latest version? Running 10.14.6 on 2015 MB Pro

The app developer is the last place I would go to find out about phoneview for Mac re any privacy and security concerns. Was asking outside sources if they had any experience re privacy and/or security issues after installing and running this app's latest version. I, possibly, want to install v? on my 2015 MBP OS 10.14.6. Since it connects my iPhone 11 to MBP there's a lot of info running between devices. Also wanted to know if they knew the latest v and if it was Mohave compatible and worth the price after running free trial. The developer has a vested interest in selling this app for Mac without an unbiased analysis, review. Thanks DB
