Charge all night every night.
Only worry if the daytime battery usage drastically increases.
I have bought the apple watch series 7 last 2 days Im facing battery issues after syncing my phone to watch, have charged 90 % last night morning when i got up and seeing my phone it shows remains 10 percent

Most fire departments warns against charging at night. If you have to charge at night you should take precautions, like not charging it in the bed, and having a working smoke detector in the room you're charging at.
