Using Switch controllers on MacOS???

I am able to pair one Switch Joycon (left or right) to the Mac and it works great for input, but when I pair a second Joycon (the opposite site for example), neither then work for input. I am also able to pair a Switch Pro Controller to the Mac, but no input works for some reason. I have no issues with Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PS4, or PS5 wireless controllers...just the Switch controllers. This is in macOS Monterey 12.1. Can this be resolved in a future macOS update?

Hi, my Nintendo switch controller won't connect with bluetooth after I updated to Monterey yesterday too. It's not the switch issue because it connected easily yesterday before I updated. Please fix this issue. I need it for Anki.

Clearly this is a feature update needed in MacOS and not a Nintendo Support issue.
