internet extremely sluggish and freezing on my iphone 11 pro 15.1 software version. and advice?

The above articles unfortunately were not relevant to my problem. My iphone 11 pro wifi is SLUGGISH, FREEZES or does not connect. It happens everywhere forcing me to use 4G . I don't understand why this is happening and how I can remedy it. My ios is up to date 15.3.1. Please help
