It would help if you explain what you mean by "slow phone". What is slow? Downloading? Switching screens? Launching apps?

If your iPhone is slow, it can be caused by several things. Your Battery, lack of memory, both RAM or the internal memory. But start by restarting your iPhone

After, check your battery's maximum capacity here:

Settings → Battery → Battery Health & Charging

If Maximum Capacity is around 80% then it is time to change the battery, and may also be the reason why your iPhone is not performing optimally. You can have your battery changed HERE!

You can also check your iPhone's Storage here: Settings → General → iPhone Storage

If it's getting full, start cleaning up by deleting apps and other content you no longer use.
