Square Payroll Shows Screen time of 24hr

For some reason, the square payroll app (which does not exist on my phone) says it is using 20hr of screen time every day (between 5AM and 1AM) for the past 3 days. I’ve never downloaded this app or any related square apps. I do all of my banking/purchasing on a separate device not related to my phone in any way. Why might this be happening?
