My App Store Won’t Update

So I’m about fed up with this. All I want to do is update my apps and it will not let me. It keeps prompting me to update my billing - I have - and it won’t let me update STILL.

Ive read that it’s because of unpaid balance? I cancelled all of my subscriptions and have the apps deleted -

None of my apps are working and I can’t update it - my phone is about to be useless because none of my apps are working because they need update but I CANNOT UPDATE MY THEM.
