REM & deep sleep tracking on the Apple Watch

I can see how long I sleep, O2 sat and respirations in the sleep tracking on my iPhone from my apple watch, but I thought with the newer apple watches it also collected data to monitor your REM and deep sleep? I can’t seem to find that anywhere.
