Why is my network connection gone every 15 minutes?

When in my phone only eSIM, everything is fine. But when I install the second(physical) card, my network connection is lost every 15 minutes in 2-3 seconds. The connection always shows 4G.

Which iPhone are you using and which iOS version is running on it? When you have the physical SIM card installed along with the active eSIM, then is the network connection lost on both SIMs or only on one of the SIMs? Are both SIM cards from the same cellular service provider or from different service providers? When the network connection(s) is working then can make and receive calls on both SIMs? Please provide the details as requested.

Meanwhile try resetting the network settings on your iPhone. Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ Transfer or Reset iPhone ➡️ Reset ➡️ Reset Network Settings: Note that once this action has been completed then you will have to input the password(s) to your Wi-Fi Network(s) again.

iPhone XS, iOS 15.3.1, 15.3.0.

When both are installed, cellular shows a full connection for both cards. Cards are from different providers. I haven't tested the internet connection for the physical card. For example, when calling with FaceTime, every 15 minutes call stops in 2-3 seconds, and it happens always. Network connection lost for 2-3 seconds. I can't test calls in that period.

I tried resetting network settings, installing a new os(15.3.1) with macOS. Issue not gone.
