Troubleshooting eSIM connectivity and network loss on iPhone 14 Pro in Dubai

I am currently facing an issue with the eSIM connectivity on my iPhone 14 Pro in Dubai. While my physical SIM works seamlessly on 5G, my eSIM can only seem to connect to 3G. Despite residing in an area with good network coverage, my eSIM fails to work consistently and frequently loses connection.


I am seeking guidance on the steps I can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

eSIM or Physical SIM


2G, 3G, 4G, LTE, VoLTE, 5G all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.

However iPhone model specific feature is listed here --> Identify your iPhone model - Apple Support . and tap on "See the Technical Specs for Model XXXXXX" under each model and Scroll down to "Cellular and Wireless" section.
