FaceID turns off periodically on notes!

I don't know WHY but sometimes FaceID turns off for notes. Sometimes it asks just to enter a password, and sometimes it turns off altogether in the notes settings.

It's very annoying when instead of looking at your notes, you have to enter a password! This problem happened on my old iPhone X, now on iPhone 11 Pro.

On January 9, I wrote to the support chat, they recommended deleting all old notes created on iPhone X and create new notes and lock them. I did it. But now problem came BACK!!!

AND why you remove chat support or chat support doesn't work in Russia now?

How to fix this stupid problem forever?

It sounds like you have a question regarding passcode being necessary sometimes instead of Notes using Face ID.

I did EVERYTHING! I have delete my face images from faceID and add it again, remove all old notes and create new, remove passcode and add again. Everything.

FaceID works fine it just a notes app problem. Sometimes it asks to enter passcode - ok, not a big problem if it will happen once at month. BUT yesterday and AGAIN TODAY!!!! it change settings itself in "notes" - "passcode" - "use faceID". I need enter passcode then i need go to settings - notes - passcode and turn on "use faceID", because dumb iOS switch it OFF! This problem starts from iOS 14 on my iPhone X, now on iPhone 11 Pro iOS 15.3.

i mean notes passcode, not the screen lock code.
