National Revue comment problems

I and some others are having problems commenting on the National Revue website. I don't see how the Mac OS could be the cause (it occurs in both Safari and Chrome) but I thought I'd ask around.

It could very well be an issue with the website. To help eliminate a possible issue with third party software try accessing the site while booted into Safe Mode.

You can also create a new user account, log out of your current user account & into the new user account to see if you can access the site. If you can, then there is some configuration issue with your main user account.

To eliminate an issue with your home network and ISP, try accessing the site from another location.

You have not provided enough details for anyone to help you. Knowing the exact model of the Mac and version of macOS are crucial for even beginning to help as is knowing what happens when you attempt to load the website including any error messages.

If you are running an older version of macOS, then it may not have the necessary up to date security certificates and your version of Chrome may no longer be supported with the most recent version.

Other things that can affect websites are the use of any adblockers and other browser add-ons and extensions, the use of anti-virus software, cleaning apps, and third party security software which can affect the normal operation of macOS. Your router's configuration and even the configuration of your Mac (parental controls, or being managed by a school or employer) may interfere with access. The issue could also be due to your ISP or even your location/region, or using a VPN to access the site.
