How do I set up the access key that I must give to my legacy contact?
I am trying to set up a Legacy Contact. It says I must give an “Access Key” to the contact I designate. How do I set up or find this “Access Key?

you will get the access key when you choose somebody as your contact.
You need to turned on Two-factor authentication for your Apple ID, see this Apple article: Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication
