Hi, what does the sign next to the wifi sign mean, please? The four dots at the bottom and others above that?

You two phone numbers (lines) activated on your iPhone (Dual SIMs). Those bars and dots represent the signal strength of each line. The higher the count of dots the stronger the signal. The bars respresent the signal strength for your first line and dots represent the signal strength of your second line.
