when i have chat on google meets, when I take off the headphones and back on, the sound does not come back i need disconnect, reconnect the device ?

Why the MacBook cannot handle the microphone and headphones in normal quality at the same time on Google Meetings. I used air pods, sony 1000xm4 and they all had the same problem.

Did you try a safeboot to test https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262
third party interference; extensions etc are not loaded in safe boot mode.

Yes, but i have air pods and same problem.
When i use the recording. and the airpod microphone, a different sound sounds like underwater, the situation fixes itself if I change the microphone source to a macbook.
