not getting notification on my iphone 8

I have the ring app on my phone and installed 2 security cameras.

I am not getting any notifications.

I have looked online for help and have done everything possible.

Change notification settings on iPhone

Go to Settings > Notifications.
To schedule a notifications summary, tap Scheduled Summary, then turn on Scheduled Summary. ...
