I can't purchase anything. I try to upgrade my iCloud but I can't. also I can purchase any app. used I visa card or debt card my device not accepting both and saying:
your payment method is not valid in this store. please entera new payment method. and the same card accepted in my brother's iPhone for upgrading his iCloud and purchased the app called filmic pro.
Please I need your HELP.
