Hi all My Mac book is so slow and when I take screen shots it goes to a white page .
when I shut down it doesnt shut down fully. Open book up again and home page is still there with no password ??
can any one help please

Try rebooting...
You can always force quit a shutdown by holding the power button/TouchID for ~6-10 sec.
Force Shut down your Mac.
Log out, sleep, wake, restart or shut down your Mac
